International Healthcare News: North-east Brazil 'lies virtually undiscovered'


There are still parts of north-east Brazil that lie undiscovered by expatriate healthcare insurance policyholders and other travellers, the country's tourist office has claimed.

Glauco Chris Fuzinatto, UK and Ireland director at the Brazilian Tourist Office, noted that holidaymakers tend to pick the Iguassu Falls, Sao Paulo, Salvador and Rio when choosing a vacation destination, but "the north-east has a lot more to be explored".
